Steel Magnolia To Perform on the Late Show with David Letterman
The Country sensations – whose self-titled debut album soared to #1 on the iTunes Country Albums Chart a mere 12 hours upon its release – also scored a 2011 Academy of Country Music Award nomination this week for “Top Vocal Duo.”

Steel Magnolia’s self-titled album debuted at #3 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart – behind only crossover star and label mate Taylor Swift and the superstar –laden Country Strong movie soundtrack. The duo’s debut continues to hold strong in the Top 10 on the Billboard Country Albums chart three weeks after its release.
Additionally, the new artists debuted at #7 on the Billboard Top 200, making an impressive statement across genres with their long-anticipated debut album. Today, STEEL MAGNOLIA remains in the Top 40 on the Billboard Top 200.
Before flying to NYC for Letterman, Steel Magnolia will play a “Hometown Album Release Show” in Nashville, TN, this Friday, February 4th at the Wildhorse Saloon. Tickets prices range between $10 and $50. The 18 and over show begins at 7:30 pm. Tickets are available at the door and in advance here.
